Abstract :
Project is an activity to reach the specific purpose limited by time, energy, and available fund. Project construction is an activity to reach an result in the form of building or infrastructure with criterion started from early activity network and terminated with final of activity network and also network activity of the project only once so that yield the product of project of in one unity. Definition from management is one real process consisting of planning (planning), organization (organizing), execution (actuating) and observation (controlling), what each other exploiting the good in the field of membership and science, for the agenda of to reach the purpose or target which have been specified. In this definition, management meaning include cover the conducted for activity medley process reach the wanted purpose. Project Puskesmas Sanggeng Manokwari is government project which have the character of the public medium to improve service of health and forwarding of various information concerning health to society Manokwari. In a project construction cannot get out of the material be like sand, brick cement, times rill stone, and others. In Thesis this we try to discuss in the adapted for material distribution of scheduling study. As for base of implementation management construction this is with planning of scheduling with software Microsoft Office Project Profesional 2003 in detail and detailed so that in material distribution can be planned well because relate at scheduling of project. After done Rescheduling hence, required days amount to finish the building construction project Puskesmas Sanggeng Manokwari Papua Barat is 268 day started on 02 January 2008 to 23 August 2008 with total cost equal to Rp. 6,743,970,000.00 ( including PPN 10 %).
