Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to describe the performance in hospital based on balanced scorecard method and to compare it with applied method in the hospital. The instrument of amalysis used in financial perspective in Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on investment (ROI), while in customers perspective is Cutomer Retention, Number of Complain, and Customer Acquisition, and the perspective of internal business process there is innovation, Respons time and the level of service includes BOR, ALOS, BTO, NDR, and GDR, and the last in the perspective of development and learning is Training and Absenteeism. Based on the result of calculation found that calculation in each perspective have fluctuation and show that hospital performance tend to decrease year by year, it can be seen from the decrement of ROI, ROE, Customer Aqcuisition, ALOS and BTO. Hospital would be more decrease if innovation in hospital was balanced by increment of hospital profit. Key word: Balanced scorecard, hospital performance, Komprehensif analysis
