Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to assess the performance of Hospital of Muhammadiyah Lamongan using the balanced scorecard is viewed from four perspectives: financial, internal business process, customer, growth and learning. The data analysis technique used in this study is using balance scorecard. Based on the financial perspective, the performance of Hospital Muhammadiyah Lamongan can be said Good. It is seen from the percentage indicator current ratio at Hospital Muhammadiyah Lamongan increased. As for the percentage of ROI has decreased. In the customer perspective can be said to be less well. It can be seen from the indicators of complaints has increased. Internal Business Process Perspective (level ALOS, BOR, BTO and TOI) quite well over the years 2009 to 2011 because it has met the standards applied by the Hospital. Learning and Growth Perspective can be seen from the percentage index classified employee training is not good for 2009 to 2011 for having exceeded the applicable standard. While the percentage of employee retention is fair because it has decreased in 2011. In general, the performance of Hospital Muhammadiyah Lamongan when measured by analysis of the balanced scorecard for 2009 to 2011 can be said to be good. It can be seen from the perspective of an increase, but indicators of customer complaints. While less well on the perspective declined, except in employee retention.
