Abstract :
PT Gas Hijau Utama is one of LPG 3 Kg distributors that serves customers in Mojowarno. In replenishment LPG, PT Gas Hijau Utama does not have routine schedule and route so that influence high of transportation cost. The purpose of this research are get optimum visit to each costumers, get optimum vehicle route in LPG distribution, and reduction of transportation cost. In this research was used Periodic vehicle routing problems (PVRP) which costumers must be visited several times for definite period. In this research, PVRP's problem was worked by cluster first route second with linear and integer programming models and defined route with nearest insertion method. The result of this research are optimum visit was twice a week with cost reduction of transportation Rp. 267.248 or 22 %.
