Abstract :
This study is a case study on PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Kantor Cabang Malang by title “ Proses Penilaian Kredit Dengan Prinsip Prudential Banking Pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Kantor Cabang Malang “. Purpose is to evaluate the principle of prudence or better known by name principle of prudential banking which have been imposed by Bank Indonesia whether it has been applied in lending that was given to creditors in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Kantor Cabang Malang. Analysis tool used is descriptive analysis method which aims mendiskriptifkan, reveals a problem, situation or event as they are thus able to reveal the facts in order to obtain a clear and complete. Subsequent authors provide the most appropriate solutions from a variety of alternative solutions exist The results showed that the Account Officier have used the principle of Prudential Banking in extending credit to customers. it is applied to the credit given to customers do not experience congestion that could hurt the bank, in its application to the account officier did not experience many problems. Account Officier must be consistent with the principles 5C and 7P also imposed by the Indonesian bank so as not to run the risk of payment arrears or arrears credit. Based on the results of research and discussion, researchers can draw the conclusion that, in PT lending. Bank Negara Indonesia have always used the principle of prudential banking or better known as the principle of 5C and 7P that is Character, Capacity, Capital, Colleteral, Condition, Personality, Party, Perpose, Prospect, Payment, Profitability, and Protection.
