Abstract :
The purposes of this research are to describe how the skim of PeopleÂ’s Business Credit (KUR) and to know the effectiveness of market strategy done by PT. Bank Jatim Tbk Branch Pasuruan, also to find out the obstacles faced by bank in execution marketing product of PeopleÂ’s Business Credit. The type of data that is used is descriptive qualitative research method that are explained certain events to order a clear and complete picture of how effectiveness marketing of PeopleÂ’s Business Credit at PT. Bank Jatim Tbk Cabang Pasuruan. The source of data that is used is data or boldness from PT. Bank Jatim Tbk Branch Pasuruan and document which is relevant with the problems and research focus. The result of this research show that marketing strategy done by PT. Bank Jatim Tbk Branch Pasuruan can be said that the effective which is proved with data degradation of debitorÂ’s amount in range of time 2011-2012 and realization of the goalsÂ’ data in 2011-2013 which is determined by bank is cannot be reached yet. This happened because the less of publication to society, less of media promotion, less of personal selling, and many of competitors from other bank in Pasuruan. So, PT. Bank Jatim Tbk Cabang Pasuruan be recommended to more intensively publicizing PeopleÂ’s Business Credit, fix or renew the marketing stretegy that already exist, and add more personal selling.
