Abstract :
Dermatitis is epidermo-dermitis with symptom subjective pruritus. objective is seen inflammation of erythema, vasiculation, exudation and scale forming. Marking poli morfi not arising at the time of the same. Mainstream disease residive and becomes chronic. This very itching disease at baby suffering dermatitis often scratchs, jumpy and crying. Skin seen squeezing and there is small bubbles contained clear dilution Intention of this research is to know influence health education to mother knowledge about dermatitis diapers which in executing on 22 Junes 2009. In this research method applied is Pre Eksperiment One Group Design. Sample technique applied is totalizing sampling, with sample 30 responders. Data collecting at this research applies questionaire. Data analysis technique 2 variable applies wilcoxon rank test. Result of research is known 14 responders ( 46,7%) knowledge of good mother before health education. And after health education of knowledge of good mother 25 responders ( 83,8%). From statistic test nonparametric Wilcoxon with level of signification α = 0,05 got Ï value 0,002 < out of 0,05 hence meaning is inferential there are health education influence to knowledge of mother about dermatitis diapers. Health education given to responder to earn direct received and remembered causing adds knowledge owned by responder. Researcher recommends mother is more increases knowledge about dermatitis diapers on the chance of mother can use diapers according to usage order to avoid the happening of dermatitis at baby. And for health energy gives information and counselling especially about to the mothers having baby.
