Abstract :
Bronchopneumonia can cause complications if not treated, excessive sputum which will enter into the fallopian eustaci thereby blocking the antry of air into the middle ear and cause a vacuum and then the eardrum is attracted to the limfha.In the case of Mr. W who suffer bronchopneumonia, Mr.W complained it is difficult to remove the secretions in his throat so that the client?s hard to breathe and a prolonged cough. This research uses descriptive method, witht a sample of respondents in the clinic Arjuno Malang. Collecting data by conducting intenviews, observations, and documentation then be discussed, the result of doing exercise effective coughing techniques are results obtained 1). the motivation wich is owned by a very good client, the client is always enthusiastic about doing exercise effective coughing techniques, 2). the obstacles perceived by the client during exercise effective coughing is felt unable to do anything if the clint?s blown relapse, 3). The client independence in the exercise effective coughing techniques from day to day showed that the client is able to exercise effective coughing techniques independently without the help of nurses, 4). support from family to clients in a very affective techniques is good cough, families are able to give highly motivated so thet the client is always excited in training. 5). success in getting by Mr.W inconducting effective coughing techniques are thickened secretions in the throat can get out and coughing are experienced by Mr. W was gradually reduced. From research conducted on Mr.W can drag the conclusion, that using cough effectively then the thickened secretions in the throat can get out so that the airway becomes effective.
