Abstract :
Diabetes occurs because of problems with the production of the hormone insulin by the pancreas, both in the production of hormones that are not in the correct amount, and the body can not properly use the hormone insulin. Diebetes mellitus can affect all people in all walks of life and socio-economic. Changes in lifestyle of modern society has affected living and eating habits of society. The most frequent complication is the occurrence of pathological changes in the lower limbs called diabetic foot (diabetic foot). Is in need of foot care in people with diabetes mellitus because of extremely vulnerable to injury, of course, in the area of the foot. This case study aims to determine the general pattern of foot health. In this case study the authors use quantitative methods with a subject that is carried in Puskesmas Kedungkandang, city. Malang, can be done to preven the occurrence of ulcer of diabetic foot is a skin treatment. Proven with action leather foot nurse can prevent diabetic ulcer ulcers
