Abstract :
Work safety and health are supporting factors for higher productivity in workplace that in turn optimize the company's profit. The better work safety and health, the higher productivity in the workplace, and vice versa. This research used survey as its method of research. Data was gathered by distribute questionnaire into the production line's employees. This research was conducted in CV Krisco Sidoarjo, and was given a title "Effect of work safety and health on the productivity of production line's employees in CV Krisco Sidoarjo." The objective of the research was to know the impact of work safety (Xl) and work health (X2) on the productivity of work (Y) and to know which variable that have highest effect on the productivity of the production line's employees in CV Krisco, Sidoarjo. Based on multiple regression analysis, it proved that work safety and health have positive effect on the productivity. F test result showed that work safety and health collectively have a significant effect on the productivity of the production line's employees in CV Krisco Sidoarjo. T test at a" : 50/o showed that work safety (t count : 4,319 > t table : 2,919), and work health (tcount : 5,899 > t table : 2,919). It can concluded that work health variable have a higher effect on the productivity of the production's line in CV Krisco Sidaoarjo.
