Abstract :
This study aims to determine the financial performance of companies using BI Regulation No.9/1/PBI/2007 to determine the best financial performance, as well as the use of Cros Sectional Approach and Time Series Analysis as a tool for comparison. Research variables used in this study is the CAR, KAP, NOM, STM, and MR. Based on the results of research and discussion by using the BI Regulation No.9/1/PBI/2007 it can be concluded that the financial statements. Bank Syariah Mandiri in 2010-2012, it can be concluded that financial performance is not necessarily experiencing an unstable trend every year. Suggestions put forward are the company should improve its liquidity, as in the post still shows the performance is not good enough. As well as to further improve the performance of the other four posts are: capital, asset quality, profitability, and sensitivity to remain stable each year.
