Abstract :
This study is an empiric study at the shares of the Gudang Garam Co. Ltd, and those of HM Sampoerna Co. Ltd. Which have released to go public in BEI (Indonesian Exchange) by the title of “Analisis Fundamental Dengan Pendekatan Rasio Keuangan Untuk Menilai Kinerja Keuangan dan Nilai Intrinsik Saham Perusahaan Rokok Yang Listing Di BEI” The purpose of the study is to give a description about the fundamental analysis as the measuring rod of decision taking in share investment in a stock exchange. The fundamental analysis to wards the shares of the Gudang Garam Co. Ltd. And those of HM Sampoerna Co. Ltd. Were undertaken by using analysis phases; by company analysis with the use of dividen and PER approaches. The dividend approach can be formulated by Po = , while PER approach formulated as the following = . The measuring rod in taking the investment desician is if the shares are in the undervalued position. From the result of the company analysis by dividend and PER methods it is know that the shares of the Gudang Garam Co. Ltd. Are in the overvalued position and those in the Telekomunikasi Indonesia Co. Ltd. Are in the overvalued position.
