Abstract :
At present the plan card study programming at Muhammadiya University Malang or it can be called KRS programming is done independently by students by accessing it on the page prepared by the campus, but to be able to do KRS programming students must access it according to the campus academic notice regarding when the programming period took place and to find out this knowledge students were required to be active in seeking information through leaflets circulated by campuses in each department office, notice boards and campus academic pages. By utilizing the android smartphone feature that can be connected to the internet network anywhere and the notification recipient feature, the writer builds an academic information system that is able to provide a reminder about the period of KRS programming. This academic information system is an android platform application built with the aim of providing reminders in the form of push notifications to the user's smartphone about the period of KRS programming, where the application is built using IDE Android Studio with web view methods from existing KRS programming pages and push services notification using firebase cloud messaging (FCM). Based on the testing it can be concluded that this academic information system is able to provide reminders in the form of push notifications about the period of KRS programming.
