Abstract :
Abstract- Energy of the sun is energy can be obtained easilyand free. But in the result of convertion can’t be obtained easily. Based of research have be done. Solar power plant is source renewable energy. Utilization using light solar energy,and wind power plants that use wind energy.In the solar power energy be get to convertion to be electrical energy use photovoltaic or solar cell, in the wind energy that can be convertion into electrical use wind turbine or windmills. However solar power plant is energy and wind power plant alternative very well. But have is problem and weeknees in this case, the problem is the result of power reached didn’t maximum with efficiency not very well, ripple have is still to big, and tracking to find power ouput still to slow. Therefore to resolve the problem is using method of maximum power poin tracking (MPPT). In this design using combination algorithm between P&O-fuzzy and IC-fuzzy. On combination algorithm can be result the power is better than conventional algorithm, because woek of the duty cycle according with the design system. With the result of efficiency between 79%-85%, tracking for found the power output is 0.005s-0.008s, the result of oscillation less ripplen and the maximum power can be result from combination algorithm is 1028 watt,while MMPT performance the wind turbine is better without use the MMPT product 994 watt to be 1560 watt.
