Abstract :
The success of a company, can not be separated from the role of the human resources in it. So it is important for companies to pay more attention to manage these human resources. Work engagement is a condition of employee that raises motivation in order to increase productivity towards the company. In the midst of intense competition like now, engagement is still an unavoidable problem. This is because employee who do not feel engaged with their work tend to be more easy to leave the company. There are many factors that influence work engagement, one of them are psychological climate and psychological well-being. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the psychological climate and psychological well-being on work engagement. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a subject of 51 employees. The results showed that there was an influence of psychological climate and psychological well-being on work engagement (F=24.950, p = 0.000 <0.05). The influence given by the psychological climate and psychological well-being on work engagement is 51%.
