Abstract :
Itroduction:Cervical cancer is a scourge for every woman in Indonesia, the GLOBOCAN 2018 data shows new cases of cervical cancer in Indonesia reached 32,469 (17.2%) of the prevalence of female cancer in Indonesia. Prevention from the beginning is necessary because at the early stages of cervical cancer does not cause any signs of symptoms, considering that every fecund women is at risk of cervical cancer. The factor influencing fecund women in conducting the examination is the husband's support. Based on the above phenomenon, the researcher tries to prove the relationship between husband's support and fecund women self efficacy in conducting acetate inspector examination. Method:The study used a cross-sectional design conducted in the working area of Temayang Bojonegoro Public Health Center. The study was conducted on July 8, 2019 until August 1, 2019, a research tool in the form of a questionnaire. Using a purposive sampling technique and respondents in this study amounted to 219. The analysis used is using univariate and bivariate analysis. Results: From the results of the Spearman test rho that there is a relationship between husband support for self-efficacy of women of childbearing age in acetate inspector examination with a significance value of p = 0.01, the strength of the relationship or the value (r) is weak with a value of 0.29 and the direction of a positive relationship. Discussion: Husband's support has become the most important thing in the perspective of fecund women in carrying out an action, especially taking action for their health with the support of a husband can increase the motivation of a fecund women to take an action. Fecund women who have great motivation tend to have strong self efficacy such as being responsible in carrying out their daily roles for example involved in acetate inspector examination.
