Abstract :
Roads Batu - Giripurno is located in Bumiaji District, Batu City. In this part of the road in some places damaged. The cause of the damage itself is influenced by several factors such as traffic loads, the environment and errors in design and implementation. With damaged roads, this is because roads are considered to be lacking in terms of safety and comfort for road users. Therefore, maintenance and repairs must be carried out systematically and periodically, in order to maintain the condition of the road remains good, namely by providing layers of added, this is because the implementation is easy, fast and economical. The results of the planning and calculation of the 4.3 km road were obtained by overlay thickness using the Bina Marga method by 7 cm and by the ASSHTO method by 7.5 cm. Calculation of the budget plan using the AASHTO method of overlay thickness of 7.5 cm, then a value of Rp 6,259,982,000.00 (Six Billion Two Hundred Fifty Nine Million Nine Hundred Eight Eight Twenty Thousand Rupiah)
