Abstract :
At this time, workers are assets to increase productivity in the company as well as demand to work more. High demands and technology in the company are increasingly developing, making workers continue to develop personally and have broad insight into competing within the company. The company must also pay attention to the welfare of its workers to continue to innovate and be creative to produce quite high productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work engagement and job satisfaction on the psychological well-being of workers. This study used a quantitative correlational method with sampling techniques using random sampling and the number of subjects of this study was 269 respondents who were workers in a company or agency. The work engagement measurement tool used UWES-17 (utrecht work engagement scale), for job satisfaction used The Job Satisfaction Survey, and psychological well-being used Ryff’s Psychological well-being Scales. The research data obtained were analyzed multiple linear regression and the results obtained which showed the influence of work performance and job satisfaction on psychological well-being workers (r = 0.641, p = 0,000).
