Abstract :
The blurred system and norms on outsourcing employees make employees have negative perceptions and low employee trust in the company. This condition can also cause organizational pride or a sense of pride towards the company to be low because employees who are outsourced are not getting the same treatment and guarantees in their place of work. Feeling of insecurity due to minimal guarantees and uncertainty about the sustainability of their work within an organization is called job insecurity. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between job insecurity with organizational pride in outsourcing employees with correlational quantitative research methods. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling at a company in Surabaya, East Java. The subjects of this study were 105 outsourcing employees with a service life of more than six months. The data collection method uses the Job Insecurity Scale and Organizational Pride Scale. The results of the data analysis test with Pearson's product-moment method showed a significant negative relationship between job insecurity with organizational pride, (r (102) = .65, p = .000) and job insecurity contributed 43% to organizational pride, which means job insecurity affects organizational pride by 43% while the rest or 57% is influenced by other variables.
