Abstract :
This research begins with the potential and problems that exist in SDN Mojorejo 1 Batu and SDN Sidomulyo 3 Batu. In the learning about reading and adding material 1-10 numbers. This study aims to: (1) Produce products consisting of Timbil (Number Scales) based on the theme 2 subthemes 1 learning 5 classes I and (2) Describe students responses to the Timbil (Number Scales) on the theme 2 subtheme 1 learning 5 classes I. This type of research is research and development (R&D) from Borg & Gall. Data sources for the Timbil (Number Scales) assessment were obtained from two validators, consisting of media experts and material experts of thematic learning. Other data sources came from 27 students in grade I at SDN Mojorejo 1 Batu and 20 students at grade I at SDN Sidomulyo 3 Batu in the academic year 2019/2020 which began on 9 December 2019 until 27 February 2020. The results showed (1) This research and development resulted in a product in the form of Timbil (Number Scales) media 1-10 that could be used in grade I in elementary schools. (2) The results of the implementation of Timbil (Number Scales) media received a response of students a score of 100% from SDN Sidomulyo 3 Batu and 96% from SDN Mojorejo 1 Batu.
