Abstract :
This watchfulness aim detects factor everything considering be employee work motivation factor in finance service unit syari'ah kanindo Malang and to detect where strongest factor be employee work motivation factor in finance service unit syari'ah Kanindo Malang. Analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is by using factor analysis. analysis result shows that factor that be work motivation employees in finance service unit syari'ah kanindo Malang that is first factor covers: completion of task, that labour capacity and housing need. in second factor that is covers: job guarantee doesn't endanger, maximise potential self and kinship taste, for third factor that is covers: appreciation gift and food need. as to factor fourth that be work motivation employees in finance service unit syari'ah kanindo Malang, that is cover: accomplishment acknowledgement and clothing need while factor fifth that is cover: get work continuance and aim achievement. factor strongest is employee work motivation in finance service unit syari'ah kanindo Malang that is cover: completion of task, that labour capacity and strongest housing need is employee work motivation factor in finance service unit syari'ah kanindo Malang.
