Abstract :
PT. Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk., PT. Indonesia Pondasi Raya Tbk., and PT. Mitra Pemuda Tbk., are companies engaged in the sector of construction registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The problem identified was the decrement of net income during 2015-2017 periods. Such condition signified unhealthy financial health condition in a company. The research was aimed at finding out on how zmijewski method could be applied for analyzing financial health conditions at PT. Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk., PT. Indonesia Pondasi Raya Tbk., and PT. Mitra Pemuda Tbk. The research method applied was descriptive-quantitative. The research used secondary data in terms of financial statement of the three companies during 2015-2017 periods which were obtained from the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange, www.idx.co.id. In calculation, the zmijewski method applied three financial ratio, such as Return On Asset (X1), Leverage (X2), and Liquidity (X3). The research result shows that PT. Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk., PT. Indonesia Pondasi Raya Tbk., and PT. Mitra Pemuda Tbk., are in health condition,, after being analyzed zmijewski method. Nevertheless, it is expected for the companies to keep their sales increased so that their net income can be raised every year; thus, it shall exceed their obligation for the company will not encounter any unhealthy financial health condition.
