Abstract :
This study aims to find out how the procedural knowledge of students after learning by using the STEM learning model in learning Biology of soil contamination material. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study with a study population of 2 classes taken from class X of SMAN 2 in Sukabumi City. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research design was used Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The instruments were used 8 test questions, each of which was declared valid and reliable. Based on the data requirements test, it is known that the data of the two classes are normally distributed and have the same variance (homogeneous). From the results of the analysis it is known that the average value of the experimental class pretest has a difference with the average value of the control class pretest, where the average value of the experimental class pretest is 48 higher than the control class, 41.45. The average value of the experimental class posttest is 82 higher than the average value of the control class posttest which is 72. There are differences in student learning outcomes, this is proven by the Z test obtained by Zhitung> Ztable (3.25> 1.96) then research this refused H0 and H1 accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the STEM Learning Model on the ability of students' procedural knowledge in soil pollution material.
