Abstract :
The research was aimed at determining Grover model that can predict Financial Distress at PT. Alam Sutera Reality Tbk., PT. Cowell Development Tbk., PT. Intiland Development Tbk. The research deployed descriptive analysis technique with quantitative approach which was utilized for describing systematically the Financial Distress description after conducting calculation by numbers added into Grover formulation. The result of the research shows that during 3 years, namely from 2015 to 2017, can be concluded that PT. Alam Sutera Realty Tbk., PT. Cowell Development Tbk., and PT. Intiland Development Tbk. during 3 years do not experience Financial Distress as all company scores surpass the scores determined by Grover model which is higher or equal with 0.01 (G > 0.01) meaning that the company is in healthy condition. In 2015, PT. Alam Sutera Tbk. gained score result amounted to 0.430, in 2016 the score result is amounted to 0.405, and in 2017 it is amounted to 0.473. PT. Cowell Development Tbk. gained score result amounted to 0.198, in 2016 the score result is amounted to 0.345, and in 2017 it is amounted to 0.368. Meanwhile, in 2015 PT. Intiland Development Tbk. gained score result amounted to 0.661, in 2016 the score result is amounted to 0.610, and in 2017 it is amounted to 0.554.
