Abstract :
PT. Nina Venus Indonusa ia a company enganged in the sector of wig production. The problem identified at the company was the company?s product which was unwell due to inaccuracy in correcting flaws on the product, so that it left negative impression on the product itself. The research was aimed at determining factors that mostly influenced product quality at PT. Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Sukabumi. The methods applied in the research were descriptive and qualitative with data collection techniques in terms of interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis methods utilized were data reduction, presentation, and verification or conclusion. The results the research show that Feature and Reliability are two mostly influential variables out of the 6 variables that influence product quality. It means that the is no feature in the product so that customers cannot distinguish the company?s product with other product ; however, in style and model, the company?s wig is up-to-date. Thus, at PT. Nina Venus Indonusa, production process of wig were conducted as much as 80% by human so that it impacts product quality. The results of the study are the implications of dimensions such as the ingredients of PT.Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Sukabumi achieving Product Quality because in the processing ingredients they provide for the quality of wigs, the product is very concerned about the quality of the product raw materials. Because raw materials imported from Japan must be synthetic so as to produce good quality wig products. And in the equipment Wigs in PT.Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Sukabumi in terms of equipment is not too difficult when producing wigs because this equipment or machine is only used a few percent. And also this toupee can be used for a long period of time around three to four years. But it depends on the wig style that is trending in the market. This does not really affect the wig equipment itself, it is only influential in terms of human resources because the production process requires accuracy so as not to produce a failed product. In the method (way) is appropriate and chain in the production process. Development of human resources (HR) during the production process often, the occurrence of this failed product is due to the human resources themselves. because the process of making wig is 80% by human resources and 20% by machines and affects the quality of the wig product. And of the four dimensions, the most influencing product quality is human resources (HR). At PT. Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Sukabumi in product quality is not yet fully good.
