Abstract :
CV. BJT Bersama 47 Bordir Sukabumi is a home industry which is engaged in the sector of computer embroidery service. The problem identified was production process that was hampered. The problem was predicted to be caused by the lack of material supply. The method applied in the research was quantitative descriptive. The techniques of collecting data applied were observation, Interview, documentation and literature review. The technique of analyzing data apllied was EOQ method. It can be concluded that the supply of materials at CV. BJT Bersama 47 Bordir Sukabumi from 2016 to 2018 experience lack, in which the optimum buying quantity such as; a) In 2016 raw material for pattern fabric is amounted to 602.494 m2; In 2017, it is amounted to 637.77 m2; In 2018 it is amounted to 699.47m2, b) In 2016 raw material for coarse fabric 70G is amounted to 785.528 m2; In 2017, it is amounted to 837.05 m2; In 2018, it is amounted to 919.66 m2; c) In 2016, raw material for coarse fabric 25F is amounted to 639.33 m2; In 2017 it is amounted to 676.81 m2; In 2018 it is amounted to 744.97 m2; d) In 2016, raw material for yarn is amounted to 2,078.8 m2; In 2017 it is amounted to 2,1212.61 m2; In 2018 it is amounted to 2,253.3 m2. It is suggested that the company shall review the policy of raw material supply which has been implemented until now in order to avoid stock out and stock over so that the cost of raw material can be minimized.
