Abstract :
Financial performance is important to be assessed in order to be aware of strength and weakness of the company for evaluation and obtaining beneficial conclusion. PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk underwent problem on gaining net profit which had experienced decrement. The research was aimed at finding out financial statement at PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Referring to balance and income statement in from 2013 to 2017 by means of common size method. The research method applied was descriptive with quantitative approach. The techniques of collecting data applied were documentation and literature review in which the testing phase deployed common size data analysis technique and industry average in cement sector registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The result of the research shows that the financial performance of PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk. is not in a good condition from 2013 to 2017. The result is observed from company?s ability in fulfilling short and long terms obligation as well as company?s ability in gaining profit compared to average industry criteria.
