Abstract :
PT. Alif Berkah Amanah Wisata is one of Tour and Travel Companies which was officially established on April 21st 2012 with Umra Permit Nuber 435.2016 in order to fulfill customer satisfaction in conducting umra. The problem identified was the decrement of umra pilgrim. The research was aimed at measuring the influence of service quality of Muthawif and promotion towards customer satisfaction. The methods applied were descriptive and associative. The techniques of analyzing data deployed were multiple linear regression analysis, including determination coefficient test, multiple correlation coefficient and simultaneous test (F test). The result of determination coefficient test observed from the (Adjusted R2) value amounted to 0.151 can be interpreted that the influence of service quality and promotion towards customer satisfaction is aggregated to 17.2% and the remaining 82.8% is influenced by other factors unexplained in the research. It means that there is influence from service quality and promotion towards customer satisfaction at PT. Aba Tour and Travel.
