Abstract :
Alsa Ratu Sya'bannari (1530611059) "Analysis of Ticket Sales Accounting Information System at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Sukabumi Station ". Thesis, Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Muhammadiyah University Sukabumi, 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the accounting information system for ticket sales conducted by Sukabumi Station. The methodology used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data and data collected through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The data analysis methodology used is data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the policy of PT. KAI in improving the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) of ticket sales is a policy regarding the suitability of passenger identity with the name and identity number listed on the ticket and the enforcement of Check-in and Boarding passes. Standard Operational Procedures including ticket attendants, ticket sales in the sky, and the schedule change and cancellation features in the KAI Access Application are running according to the SOP. Ticket sales accounting information system at Sukabumi Station is only done in cash. The role of online ticket sales accounting information systems is very efficient and makes it easy for users not to come to the station.
