Abstract :
Indika Latif (1530611061) Muhammadiyah University Sukabumi. The Effect of Information System Quality and Service Quality on the Revenue Effectiveness of Gojek Drivers in Sukabumi City (Advisor Mumu M. Fadjar, Drs. M. Ak and Risma Nurmilah, M.Sc.) This study aims to determine the Effect of Information System Quality and Service Quality on Revenue Effectiveness of Gojek Drivers in Sukabumi City. The method used in this research is associative with a quantitative approach. Data collection tools used were observation and questionnaires using the Likert type ordinal scale. The population in this study is the gojek service users and the gojek drivers in Sukabumi City. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique which is taking random samples from the population regardless of the strata in the population, totaling 99 samples. The test results using SPSS 24 for Windows partially indicate that the quality of the information system has a positive effect on the effectiveness of gojek driver revenue by 4.488 and it is significant that is 0,000, service quality has a positive effect on the revenue effectiveness of gojek drivers by 8.676 and significant is 0,000. Simultaneous test results show that the quality of information systems and service quality has a positive effect on the effectiveness of motorcycle taxi drivers in the amount of 206.484 and a significance of 0.000.
