Abstract :
EKO MULYADIN. 2019. Comparative Analysis of Jajar Legowo and Tegel Technique for Rice Farming. Under the guidance of AMALIA NUR MILLA and ASHRUL TSANI. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of production yields and income of jajar legowo and tegel rice farming techniques in Banyuwangi Village, Cibitung District, Sukabumi Regency. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. The population in this study were paddy rice farmers with jajar legowo and tegel techniques. The samples in this study were 13 jajar legowo technique rice farmers and 5 tegel technique rice farmers. The analysis used uses income R/C ratio analysis. The results of this study are: (1) The income of jajar legowo farming techniques is greater, namely Rp21.622.115/ha, then the tegel technique, which is Rp12.327.500/ha. (2) Higher yields of jajar legowo techniques are 7.727kg/ha while tiled techniques are 6.000kg/ha. This means jajar legowo techniques are better used by rice farmers rather than tegel techniques. Besides, the R/C ratio value of the rows of jajar legowo farming is greater at 2,23, while the tegel technique is 1,697.
