Abstract :
The research was aimed at determining employee retention and incentive toward turnover intention. The research methods applied were descriptive and associative. The technique of analyzing data applied was multiple linear regression which measured and predicted the condition (fluctuation) of dependent variable, given that the two independent variables functioned as predictor factor being manipulated (the ratio being fluctuated). Based on the results of the research, the determination coefficient test observed from the ratio (R2 ) is amounted to 0.180 which means that the influence of Employee Retention and Incentive towards Turnover Intention is aggregated to 18.0%, while the remaining 8.2% is influenced by other factors not explained in the research. Thus, according to multiple correlation coefficient test observed from the ratio R, it is amounted to 0.455 showing that there very strong relation between Employee Retention and Incentive towards Turnover Intention. The f test shows that probability ratio is formulated to sig. 0.00 < 0.05 which indicates that altogether Employee Retention (X1) and Incentive (X2) influence significantly towards Turnover Intention.
