Abstract :
DIFA FARADIS PERDANAKUSUMAH, 2020, ?Analysis of Profit Sharing System (Mudharabah) to Beef Cattle Business in Panca Mitra Jaya Abadi Cooperation in Cikundul Sub-District, Lembursitu District, Sukabumi City. Guided by AMALIA NUR MILLA and ASHRUL TSANI. This research goals to know the mechanism of profit sharing system that is carried out between farmers and investor in Panca Mitra Jaya Abadi (PMJA) Cooperation. This location research is at PMJA Cooperation in Cikundul Village, Lembursitu Subdistrict, Sukabumi City. This time for conducting research begins from July until to August, 2018.Data obtained from this research using primary data and secondary data. The sourced of primary data from direct source with farmer and PMJA Cooperation Management through with direct interview. The sourced of secondary data from related agencies and the nearest of Village Office and Sub-District Office. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling with certain considerations. The number of respondents studied was 25 people consisting of 24 farmers and a chairman of PMJA Cooperation. Analysis used with calculation of costs and income?s and descriptive analysis. The results of research indicate about profit sharing system is implemented by PMJA Cooperation is profit sharing system with beef cattle fattening pattern with investor as provider and requester of beef cattle and farmer as manager of beef cattle. The mechanism is stated in cooperation agreement which is in accordance with Islamic sharia because the Mudharabah agreement is clearly stated. With totally, the value of R/C Ratio to beef cattle business reached 2,17. Benefits of profit sharing for each of them is 45% (for investors) and 55%.
