Abstract :
Position is a position that shows the level of an employee in a company or agency. This study will determine the position of employees who will be promoted at PT. Alfamart so that employees can get a promotion appraisal according to the employee's performance. This determination uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method using 6 criteria, namely service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation, and leadership. Some of the advantages of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method are that the AHP unity makes broad and unstructured problems into a flexible and easy to understand model, AHP complexity solves complex problems through a systems approach and deducative integration, AHP hierarchical structure represents natural thinking that is tends to group system elements into different levels from each level containing the same elements. The results are expected to obtain information about employees who will be promoted Alfamart employees in a system that uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which can be used by Alfamart to be able to determine the promotion of promotion appropriately.
