Abstract :
Future Package Financing is a product of fund distribution owned by BTPN Syariah Cibadak. In channeling this financing, BTPN Syariah Cibadak hopes that this financing can run smoothly according to the initial agreement of the contract. However, in the implementation of the Future Package financing at BTPN Syariah Cibadak, it does not always run as determined at the beginning of the contract between the two parties, there are risks that must be faced, one of which is if the customer cannot return the funding funds that have been provided by BTPN Syariah Cibadak. Therefore, BTPN Syariah Cibadak has steps to save the financing with Restructuring of Financing. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The data used are primary data and secondary data, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis methods used are data reduction, data presentation, and verification / conclusion. From the research conducted by the author on the settlement of problem receivables before and after the restructuring at the BTPN Syariah Cibadak branch, it can be concluded that the process of settling the restructuring is always guided by the rules that have been set. And the restructuring process has a higher success rate than before the restructuring was carried out in the settlement of problem loans
