Abstract :
The title of this research is "Analysis of health service quality at
Lembursitu Health Center Sukabumi" This study aims to analyze the quality of health services in Lembursitu Health Center Sukabumi. Problems in Lemburs Health Center are lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of human resources, lack of socialization about service standard, discriminative attitude from service
provider officer to society using service.
The theory chosen is the theory proposed by Zeithaml et al that is about the dimension of service quality with 5 dimensions, namely (1) Tangible (2) Reliability Reliability Resvonsiveness Assurance and ( 5) empathy (Empathy). The research method used is qualitative descriptive, data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation. Informant amounted to 5 people, using nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method. Testing procedure validity of data is done by triangulation of source and data analysis using three component that is data reduction, data presentation, and verification.
The result of the research shows that the service quality in Lembursitu Public Health Center of Sukabumi is not maximal because there is lack of facilities, lack of human resources, lack of socialization about service standard, and poor attitude of officer. Suggestions that researchers give more attention to facilities infrastructure, human resources, service standards and attitudes
officers.
