Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether in Sukabumi District BAZNAS transparent in terms of collection of zakat funds provided by muzakki to BAZNAS Sukabumi District. In addition, what is the obstacles experienced by BAZNAS Sukabumi District in the collection of zakat funds. This research uses descriptive associative method with quantitative approach. From the results of research conducted through questionnaires and observations, it can be seen that the National Board of Amil Zakat (BAZNAS) of Sukabumi Regency as a whole has been accountable and transparent. Information and accountability of the BAZNAS has been well implemented, and the BAZNAS of Sukabumi Regency is also transparent in terms of collection and distribution of zakat funds from muzakki.
