The purpose of this study is to know the application of the principle of Transparency and Accountability of Village Governments in the Management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 113 of 2014 covering the activities of planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. The research method used is
qualitative method with descriptive approach. The resource persons consist of Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, Vice Chairman of Village Consultative Board (BPD), and Community Representative. Data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques start from organizing data, simplifying the data, the process of data analysis and
interpretation results. The results of this study indicate that the government of Ciracap Village and Purwasedar Village Ciracap Subdistrict Sukabumi Regency has implemented the principles of Transparency and Accountability in the management of ADD although not maximal yet. The planning and implementation
of the Village Fund Allocation has applied the principles of transparency and accountability. While the reporting of responsibility of ADD physically has demonstrated transparent and accountable implementation, but from the administration side there is still a need for improvement so that further coaching is needed, because it is not fully in accordance with the provisions of legislation.
