Abstract :
Development of Islamic teaching-learning multimedia on the subject matter of the concept of the learners. This study aims to determine the validity, validity, and effectiveness of multimedia learning. The research method used in this research is research and development method. From the analysis of expert validation data, it can be seen that the learning multimedia has a validity because it meets the product feasibility criteria that is the average media expert validation is 5.00 and the average material expert is 4.77. Then for the practicality of multimedia learning is seen from the questionnaire teacher response and questionnaire response students. The result of questionnaire of teacher response is 4.37 with very good criteria. And the result of questionnaire responses learners obtained results that is 4.33 with very good criteria. So it can be concluded that the practicality of multimedia learning is "very practical". Furthermore, the effectiveness of multimedia learning is seen from the learners' learning outcomes. The results obtained from the sample of class VIII A, VIII D, and VIII E are the average of the learner's score is 81. The highest score is 98 and the lowest score is 38. Many complete learners are 52 people, while many learners are not thoroughly is 8 people. From the test results obtained that the percentage of mastery of learners is 87%, with very good criteria, so that the resulting effective multimedia learning.
