Nenden Triastita Andriani (1430611077) Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi.Influence Payroll Accounting Information Systems And Internal Control Payroll Against Employee Productivity. Case study of PT. Cahaya Subur Abadi. (Advisor Mr. Gatot Wahyu Nugroho, M.Ak., CA and Mrs.Tina Kartini, S.E., M.E.Sy). This study aims to determine: 1) The influence of payroll accounting information system on employee productivity at PT. Cahaya Subur Abadi, 2) The Influence payroll internal control to employee productivity at PT. Cahaya Subur Abadi, 3) the influence of payroll accounting information system and internal payroll control on employee productivity at PT. Cahaya Subur Abadi. This research is an associative research with quantitative approach. Population in this research is all permanent employees of PT. Cahaya Subur Abadi with a sample of 69 permanent employees. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations and literature studies / library studies. The results showed: 1) there is a positive effect of payroll accounting information system on employee productivity at PT. Cahaya Subur Abadi. 2) there is a positive influence of payroll internal control on employee productivity at PT. Cahaya Subur Abadi, 3) there is a positive effect of payroll accounting information system and internal payroll control on employee productivity at PT. Cahaya Subur Abadi. The coefficient of determination R2 (R Square) of 0.577 or 57.7% where the ability of payroll accounting information system and internal payroll control in affecting the variation of labor productivity of 57.7%. The remaining 42.3% is influenced by other factor variables.
