Abstract :
This house is one of the basic necessities of man, as written in Article 28 of the 1945 Constitution that the home is one of the basic rights of the people and therefore every citizen deserves the right to survive and to get a good and healthy environment. In addition, the house is also a basic human need and enhances the dignity, quality of life and life, as well as personal reflection in order to improve living standards, as well as the character formation, the nature of the nation's personality. The information system required in buying a home and selling information systems is aimed at promoting the home to be sold to consumers / buyers. To keep up with technology, we want information systems for buying and selling houses in Sukabumi. The Information System created is expected to allow users / buyers to easily access the applications that have been provided. The design method is done by using object oriented and design and using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results achieved from this method are in the form of system design. This information system will serve as a tool in the process of buying and selling houses in Sukabumi. Conclusion analysis and design of the home buying and selling system is that this buying and selling system can help simplify the process of buying and selling a home and meeting the requirements of information that is difficult to fulfill. The proposals that can be used to support this system are the further development of the system by adding other functions so that an integrated system will be formed which involves more aspects of the buying and selling operations of the home. Buying and Selling Webhouses as Information Media for People using the UML modeling language (Unified Modeling Language) with MySQL database and PHP programming language.
