Abstract :
The importance of this human resource needs to be aware of the many agencies undertaken to improve the achievement of an institution such as through the recruitment process, the recruitment process at the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi was still using the manual system especially in the administrative election ie the personnel must check the completeness of the document in accordance with the feasibility set up so that the presentation process of candidate data will be long enough and generate a stack of files. This designed system is the new recruitment system of the University of Muhammadiyah of Sukabumi. This application uses the waterfall method, its system planning using UML (UML), and for this application planning using PHP programming language with MySQL database and for this application test using BlackBox test concept. With the adoption of this new employee recruitment system to facilitate the screening of incoming application files and reduce the unused file stack and also provide personnel-specific information to provide information on job opportunities, job profiles, and revenue receipts.
