Abstract :
The problem were found in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sukalarang Unit is the number of problems with bad credit which is indicated by the unstable return of credit loans by customers and even increase the bad loans. The problem is probably because of the inappropriate repayment period of the loan, high interest rates, and the income of customers has fluctuations. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the policy of time period, interest rates, and customer income on the problem of bad credit. The research method which used is descriptive and associative method with research design is causality and type of verification investigation. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with t test and f test. Based on the results of the study, the influence of the time period policy on the problem of bad credit was 1.8%, the magnitude of interest rate influence on the problem of bad credit was 0.5%, the amount of influence of the customer's income on the problem of bad credit was 0% and the amount of time period policy, interest rates, and the customer's income together on the problem of bad loans was 6.1% while the remaining 93.9% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.
