Abstract :
WHO estimates that 450 million people in the world experience mental disorders. In Indonesia, severe mental disorders, such as schizophrenia, are around 400,000 people. 40 million people in West Java have found 64 thousand people have experienced severe mental disorders. In Sukabumi City, based on 2016 mental illness visits at the highest level of health facilities in Selabatu Health Center, there were 576 visits / year, while in RSUD R. Syamsudin SH, from empirical data the authors found that 10 ODGJ 5 were violent behavior. The purpose of writing this Scientific Writing is to get real experience in providing nursing care directly to clients with comprehensive violent behavior. Schizophrenia means a divided mind. Violent behavior is a condition in which a person carries out actions that can be physically harmful, both to himself and to others who are accompanied by amok and uncontrollable noise. The results of the assessment in Ny. S obtained 5 nursing problems but the author prioritized nursing problems of violent behavior. Interventions are made according to theory as literature and overall implementation is resolved according to the plan made. The author concludes nursing care carried out by Mrs. S is carried out comprehensively and the goal is achieved according to the criteria. Suggestions for Educational Institutions to further improve education quality and increase literature.
