Abstract :
This original paper was motivated by the increasing cases of acute myocardial infarction in the Assyifa Hospital of Sukabumi City. Acute myocardial infarction is the highest number of cardiovascular system disorders with the risk of death in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Acute miocardial infarction is the death of muscle tissue (myocardium) caused by supply infusion or the amount of blood both relative and absolute (Murwani, 2011). A review of the case in Mr.U got the medical diagnosis, acute myocardial infarction with STEMI, a complaint felt by the client at the time of the study was chest pain, from a case study at the study stage it was found that acute pain problems associated with tissue ischemia secondary to obstruction of the coronary artery problem partially resolved, intervention continued and delegated to room nurses, a decrease in cardiac output associated with a decrease in myocardial contractility problems partially resolved, intervention continued and delegated to room nurses, activity intolerance associated with imbalance between myocardial oxygen supply and problem needs resolved and intervention stopped. The needs of clients are partly assisted by nurses and families. Nursing care at Mr.U provides a real experience for writers in carrying out nursing and nursing care processes. Nursing in cases of myocardial infarction is more emphasized on prevention to reduce the workload of the heart such as by limiting activities, prevention of stress, and a healty lifestyle.
