Abstract :
The total area of Indonesia is 7.9 million km² consisting of 1.8 million km² of land area and 3.2 million km² of territorial sea area and 2.9 million km² of marine waters Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ). Indonesia's marine areas, especially in the Exclusive Economic Zone, are very strategic areas because they are bordered by neighboring countries. So that this condition is used by foreign nationals to cross and enter the territory of Indonesia. But in reality there are still a number of foreign nationals entering the territory of Indonesia without going through the right procedures and escaping the examination of related documents, resulting in immigration violations. The purpose of this research is to examine and examine the extent to which the supervision and enforcement of the law by the Pora Team. The benefit of this research is that it can be able to provide an overview regarding supervision and law enforcement of foreigners to be more open / transparent. The research method used is Normative Legal Research with research data sources from primary data and secondary data and data collection methods with interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that: (1) that the supervision carried out by the Pora Team is in accordance with the regulations that have been established in collaboration with the relevant agencies. And (2) that law enforcement carried out by the Pora Team from data in 2018 is the Immigration Administrative Actions: Detention of 5 (five) people, Cancellation of Stay Permits as many as 15 (fifteen) people, Prohibition of being in one or several certain places as many as 1 (one) person, Determination of 26 (twenty six) people, Imposition of expense of 12 (twelve) people and Deportation of 25 (twenty five) people. With a total violation of 84 (eighty four) with the number of violators of 40 (forty).
