Abstract :
ABSTRAK Awanda Dwi Prastyo. Peran Guru Dalam Penguatan Karakter Disiplin Siswa Pada Kegiatan Pembelajaran Luring Dimasa Pandemi Covid-19. Skripsi. Program studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaran, Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo, Pembimbing 1 Hadi Cahyono, M.Pd, Pembimbing 2 Ambiro Puji Asmaroini, M.Pd. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Peran Guru Dalam Penguatan karakter disiplin siswa pada kegiatan pembelajaran luring dimasa pandemi Covid-19 siswa tingkat sekolah menengah pertama. Metode yang dipergunakan untuk melakukan penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analsis data menggunaan peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dengan proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini memaparkan tentang peranan guru di SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Kabupaten Ponorogo, peranan yang pertama; guru sebagai inisiator memberikan contoh langsung datang tepat waktu, kedua; guru mengajak siswa untuk shering pengalaman sebagai bentuk motivasi belajar siswa, ketiga; guru membimbing siswa dalam melaksanakan aktivitas belajar, keempat; guru mengorganisasikan aktivitas belajar dikelas mengatur pembelajaran, dan kelima; guru mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menilai hasil. Adapun dampak yang ditimbulkna kelima peranan guru tersebut siswa disiplin datang tepat waktu kesekolah, motivasi belajar siswa meningkat, siswa disiplin berpakaian disekolah, siswa fokus dan aktif dalam pembelajaran, dan siswa mematuhi kebijakan yang berlaku disekolah.. The Role of Teachers in Strengthening the Disciplined Character of Students in Offline Learning Activities During the Covid-19 Pandemic. Thesis. The purpose of this study was to describe the role of teachers in strengthening the disciplined character of students in offline learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic for junior high school students. The method used to conduct this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used by the researcher used descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study describe the role of teachers in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Ponorogo Regency, the first role; the teacher as the initiator gives an example of coming right on time, second; the teacher invites students to share experiences as a form of student learning motivation, third; the teacher guides students in carrying out learning activities, fourth; the teacher organizes learning activities in the classroom to organize learning, and fifth; the teacher evaluates the implementation of learning by assessing the results. As for the impact of the five teacher roles, disciplined students come to school on time, students' learning motivation increases, students dress disciplined at school, students focus and are active in learning, and students comply with applicable school policies.
