Abstract :
Economic growth is one indicator of the success of economic development in each region. This study aims to determine the direction and magnitude of the influence of education level, number of workers and unemployment on economic growth in Central Java Province in 2018-2020. The types and sources of data in this study are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Central Java Province. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis with the selected model estimation, namely the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Based on the F test, the variables of education level, number of workers, and unemployment simultaneously have an effect on economic growth. The results of the t-test indicate that the level of education and unemployment have a negative effect on economic growth, while the number of workers does not have a significant effect on economic growth.
