Abstract :
Waqf as one of the religious institutions in Islam that is relevant and functional in solving socio- economic and humanitarian problems. This research is a field research that is strengthened by library research studies, namely in the form of data sources from books, journals, articles and other literature related to the discussion of the waqf development system in an effort to improve the welfare of students at Darul Fath Islamic Boarding School, Teras District, District. Boyolali. The management of productive waqf at PPTQ Daarul Fath has been going well, but for productive waqf Agri The goat fattening business and the production of animal feed (concentrate) have not been going well. The strategy for managing waqf assets carried out by the Al-Fath Pengging Foundation is more focused on the practice of developing productive waqf for social activities, namely focusing its management on the education service sector. In order to be able to find patterns and forms that are more effective in developing the waqf assets. For the Agri Business waqf unit, it should be taken over entirely by the pesantren so that it can be managed professionally.
