Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on stock returns in infrastructure, utility, and transportation companies listed in 2018-2020. This study is a quantitative study using
secondary data in the form of annual reports and financial statements of infrastructure, utility, and transportation companies recorded in 2018-2020. Thetechnique used in sampling in this study was purposive sampling which resulted
in 19 samples selected for research. This research uses SPSS to process research data. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. In the classical assumption test using
normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests. While in the hypothesis test using t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The
results of this study indicate that liquidity has a significant positive effect on stock returns, leverage has a significant positive effect on stock returns, and profitability has a significant positive effect on stock returns. Liquidity, leverage and profitability simultaneously or jointly have a significant positive effect on stock returns in infrastructure, utility and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020.
